Return & Refund Policy !

We want customers of Kids Gift Point to be completely satisfied with their purchase. This policy (with details mentioned below) outlines our return and refund process for hassle-free shopping experience.

  • Eligibility of Return ?
    Refund can be requested if the item is damaged, defective or significantly differing from its description. For Change of mind the return / refund is possible ONLY if the item is in its original courier packing without being opened, packet sealed intact and all tags attached.
  • Time Frame for request of Return by customer ?
    Date of return must not exceed for Maximum of 5 days from the date of receiving of the item.
  • Non-Refundable Items Details ?
    Products on SALE and those customized on request of customer will not be refunded / returned, unless damaged, defective or significantly variating from its description. Certain products (which include hygiene, personal care, safety and perishable goods) after reviewing may not be returned. Moreover, any defect that occurred due to negligence, or wear and tear by courier/delivery service will not be entertained for refund.
  • Delivery Charges Responsibility for Return ?
    For items that are defective, damaged or differing from its description, return delivery charges will be our responsibility and we will let the customer know which courier/delivery service to opt for returning items. However, for Change of mind or incase fault/error not found at our end, All delivery charges will have to be paid by the customer.
  • Eligibility for Return due to Change of Mind ?
    Refund is possible ONLY if the item courier packing is not opened/sealed and all of its tags are attached, otherwise, return will not be entertained.
  • Eligibility for Return of item due to Defect, Damaged or Significantly Differing from Description ?
    All tags, accessories and components must be packed properly, dispatched back to our company for refund /replacement request and must reach us. Any product damaged or lost due to improper packing of customer or negligence of courier service will not be the catered for refund/replacement by our company.
  • Time period for Refunding Amount transfer to customer’s account ?
    Refund amount will be transferred to the customer (in the account provided by customer for transferring) after careful analyzing and reviewing the case for refund. On Genuity of case, the refund will be transferred within 10 days of receiving item from the customer.
